A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. After the negotiation, if we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.  Q: Your company is a transcriptional company or an industrial manufacture factory? But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ. Q: How to start a custom project with your company? A: Please send us your design drawings (we also can create drawing for you) or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.
